Having spent his entire career as a business owner, Greg acutely understands the challenges that these individuals face on a daily basis. Greg finds great joy in coordinating a dedicated team of professionals to integrate client’s business and retirement strategies.

Jim works directly with the Trost Financial advisory team to create customized investment portfolios, tax-efficient distribution planning and retirement plans design for small business owners. With a strong value around creating enduring, life-long relationships with clients, Jim believes that the relationship begins long before the start of any meeting. It originates with a deep understanding of the client’s most important values and goals, nurtured through translating that knowledge into thorough and effective strategies for any business or personal situation. The most satisfying part of his day is when he meets with clients face-to-face. He enjoys seeing first hand the impact that Trost Financial has made through comprehensive planning which can help work towards a client’s financial future.

Jim received his Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation in 2022.

As Trost Financial’s Integrated Planning Coordinator, Michael is passionate about assisting advisors in providing a path for clients to pursue their financial goals. Michael has a depth of experience in data and cash flow analysis, investment strategies, spending advisement, tax savings and overall client management.

Michael is proud to have received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!), and has continued to develop his passion for Finance. As a part of the Trost Financial team since its inception in 2018, he is now working to become a Certified Financial Planner in order to further support the clients of Trost Financial.
